These terms govern your use of the Alpha Nine Store (alpha9.ae) operated by Alpha Nine General Trading L.L.C, registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment | الطلبات والدفع

• All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT (5%)
• We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability

3. Shipping & Delivery | الشحن والتوصيل

Delivery timelines are estimates. Alpha Nine is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

4. Returns & Refunds | الإرجاع والاسترداد

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

5. Warranty | الضمان

Products are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable. Alpha Nine does not provide additional warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

6. Governing Law | القانون الحاكم

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
